The essence of the system designs is automatic formation of Tomato placement in the matrix form on a special pallet conveyor, driven by AC servo motor and stops very accurately to facilitate to collect the tomato by pick and place device. Tomatoes are cleaned and forwarded in three stage conveyors to get in to matrix form. The pick and place device system is driven by AC Servo Motor with the integration of linear guideways and pneumatic cylinders.
